QUALIFICATIONS

The high level of competencies and rigor required by demanding production and maintenance environments, is an everyday commitment for AAA. We continuously control the qualifications of our workforce in many aspects of production and maintenance activities. When new requirements are introduced – whether from our customers or by governmental agencies like the EASA, FAA and DOT – we comply without delay. 

TRAINING

It is the task of AAA Training Center to set up training sessions according to the local needs identified by the HR department. Because the Aerospace sector relies on many cutting-edge technologies, we make sure our employees are as up to date with the newest methods, products, and know-hows as the traditional ones.

The AAA Quality Department is represented wherever the company operates and ensures the compliance to our certified AAA Quality Management System for any activity.

In partnership with our manufacturing departments, quality is managed through our Quality Management System approved to EN/AS/JISQ 9100 and ISO 9001 certifications. Additionally, AAA is an approved maintenance organization by EASA PART 145 and CAAP PART 6 approvals.

As a result, AAA is a Tier 1 supplier for the main aerospace companies in Europe, North America, and Asia.
